I have been a long time fan of this long and elegant cigar. In fact, I still have a few boxes of the original release from 1998. I love the beauty of holding this long and slim cigar in my hand, and its firm and fresh draw. I hadn’t had a new production for a while but this Fundadores, which was boxed in 2014, was a little rough at the edges with a slightly green and raw character. It was good but slightly uninspiring. A little disappointing.
